We set our foundations more than 70 years ago in Amritsar since our origins in 1949, we've steadily expanded our presence in North India offices in Delhi, Amritsar and Ludhiana. Audit and tax has been the core of our expertise. We evolved with the needs of our clients an now are an integrated service offering of tax advisory and litigation, assurance, financial advisory, compliance services. Our clients have steadily expanded now to includes some of the leading business names in India.

The Founding Family

Mr. Satish Kumar Bansal, our senior most partner and the third generation in the family of Chartered Accountants graduated from the Punjab University, Chandigarh, in Bachelors of Commerce before he became a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a wide experience in Audits and Income Tax Consultancy. He commands his own goodwill in the industry which was further enhanced from the immaculate reputation of his father late Sh. R.K. Bansal, MSc (Hons), FCA — an eminent tax expert. Mr. Satish Bansal is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Florida, USA. He has also been a member of the "unjustified removal of auditors committee" set up by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Sumit Bansal, our partner, is the fourth generation in the family to be a part of this firm. He graduated in Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) from Sri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
